Is there a free trial of the support plan?

Every new Nucleus One user is granted a 30-day support plan subscription to help ensure the successful adoption of the software for your organization. Once this 30-day period is completed, you have the option to decline or renew the support plan. 

In what regions is support available?

The Nucleus One support plan is available worldwide.

In what Languages is support available?

We make a best effort to accommodate your preferred language however our technical support advisors are primarily English speaking.

How do I submit a ticket?

Inside the Nucleus One interface, look for the support icon in the left navigation menu. If you do not see the option to submit a ticket in this area, you might need to check your subscription to ensure you have an active plan.

How long is the subscription term for the support plan?

The support plan is purchased on the same schedule as your user subscription. You can cancel support at any time, it will remain active until the renewal date comes up. 

How does bug reporting work?

Once a bug is determined in the software, the ticket is handed to our development team to test and create a fix that is deployed automatically to every user in the system at once. Once deployed, you will get a notification on your ticket about the resolution.  

How do I submit a feature request?

Inside the Nucleus One interface, look for the support icon in the left navigation menu. In this area you should see an option to submit a feature request. Once submitted, someone will reach out to understand and gather additional details on your request.
