Capturing documents into Nucleus One is simple and easy to do from anywhere. Importing documents can be done via select a file, drag and drop, or TWAIN Capture.

Login to Nucleus One to add your first document. Document capture can be done via select a file, drag and drop, or TWAIN Capture.
Drag and Drop

File Capture or Widget Capture

Under the main navigation drawer, select File Capture and open the main capture screen. Choose a file from a network folder or drag and drop the file right into the solution. Once you have selected your file(s), your documents will provide a status of files uploaded.

In the Dashboard, once you have created your widget (please see How to Reference Widget), simply click Select Files or just drag and drop your files in.

Once you have completed your initial capture, you will receive an Upload Complete message with the option to continue capturing documents or proceed to the Inbox to continue processing the documents.

**To keep an image file from being converted to a .pdf format at capture, select the Capture in Original Format check box and it will keep your image file in its native format (.png, .jpg, .tif, etc.).

TWAIN Capture

Looking to capture a paper file without having to save it first? Use TWAIN Capture to scan directly into the program.

Under the main navigation drawer, select TWAIN Capture and select your device. If you have not installed the driver it will prompt you to complete the installation process.

TWAIN Options

After all paper files have been scanned in, a preview of each page will appear in view. If you have more than one document captured, hover the first page of the document and select the New Document icon at the upper left of the snapshot.

Once all of your captured files have been reviewed, click Submit Batch to complete the upload. You will receive the Upload Complete message.
