Adding and Removing Dashboard Widgets

The Dashboard can be personalized by adding Widgets, which will be shortcuts to the different User Menu Items in Nucleus One. Drag and drop files or File Capture, see your Inbox or Approvals, or quickly access your Subscriptions Page, Folders, or even Search from these widgets.

After a successful login, you will arrive at the Dashboard. The Dashboard can be personalized by adding Widgets, which will be shortcuts to the different User Menu Items in Nucleus One.

Types of Dashboard Widgets

Drag and drop files or File Capture

The Drag and drop files or File Capture can be accessed from the Main Menu > File Capture.

The Drag and drop files or File Capture Page allows users to upload or add documents to Nucleus One.

Inbox

The Inbox can be accessed from the Main Menu > Library. The Inbox Page contains documents that are pending to be classified and indexed.

Approvals

The Approvals Page can be accessed from the Main Menu > Library.

The Approvals Page contains documents that are pending to be classified and indexed.

Subscriptions

The Subscriptions Page can be accessed from the Main Menu > Library.

The Subscriptions Page contains subscribed documents.

Folder

The Folder Page can be accessed from the Main Menu > Library.

Search

The Search Page can be accessed from the Main Menu > Search.

How to Add Dashboard Widgets

In the Dashboard, click the “+” (Add) icon at the lower right corner of the screen. Then, choose the Dashboard Widget you wish to add from the options popup.¬† Dashboard Widgets may be reordered using the mouse, by dragging the widget and dropping them to the different locations in the Dashboard.

Select Widget

Click to choose the dashboard widget you wish to add from the options provided here.

Click and Hold

Then, drag the item to the lower left, to the trash icon

How to Delete Dashboard Widgets

Using the mouse, drag the Dashboard Widget and drop it to the Recycle Bin.
